I have known Isazalyfor many years now. Initially when he helped me edit my first film "In Search for the Shade of the Banyan Tree", and later as a friend and a colleague over several projects over many years. More recently he has helped conduct a masterclass on Final Cut Pro at Drik for emerging Bangladeshi videographers. I have found him competent and proficient, but have enjoyed most his 'can do' attitude which has allowed us to design and implement projects where very little was assured. His flexible, feet on the ground, attitude has helped us design and get away with situations where a more rigid approach would have stifled things at the onset.
Zaly will be an asset to any organisation, and had I been able to afford someone of his calibre, I would have loved to have had him permanently in my team.
Zaly is an experience everyone in the broadcast industry in Malaysia or Singapore should have once in their career. The experience of enthusiasm, creativity, technical mastery and above all putting the intrest of his clients first.
Zaly comes in a class of students as a guru but when he leaves, he leaves with happy faces, laughters and friends for life. He is a master of his skill and I can proudly say my team learnt a lot about editing and Final Cut Pro from him which helped them achieve amazing creatives.
He is a humble, trustworthy and a genius soul. His passion and loyalty speaks volumes when you meet him in person.
Zaly has been our trainer for many years and his professionalism and product knowledge are above question. Its backed up with years of work on the ground. This helps to deliver a far more relevant and compelling training experience.
... or maybe I just made that up.
